Order Fulfillment & Timelines At Arbuda Collection, we strive to deliver your favorite products in the fastest and safest way possible.

1. Order Processing: All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Domestic Delivery Timeline: * Metro Cities: 3–5 business days.
3. Rest of India: 5–7 business days.
4. Remote Locations: Up to 10 business days depending on the courier partner’s reach.

Shipping Charges

1. Standard Shipping: We offer flat-rate shipping 70 and 149 rs for both diffrant shipping partner.
2. Calculated Shipping: For other orders, shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the product and the delivery pin code. The final shipping fee will be displayed at the checkout page before you make the payment.

Tracking Your Order Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation via email or SMS/WhatsApp containing your Tracking ID and the link to the courier partner's website. You can monitor your package in real-time until it reaches your doorstep.

Serviceability We ship to over 27,000+ pin codes across India through our trusted logistics partners (e.g., Delhivery, BlueDart, Ecom Express). Please ensure that the Shipping Address provided is accurate and includes a valid mobile number to prevent delivery delays.

Delivery Issues

1. Undelivered Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable, we will contact you for a re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
2. Damaged on Arrival: If you receive a package that is visibly damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery and contact our support team immediately at support@arbudacollection.com.
