Return Policy — Arbuda Collection

We do not offer returns or exchanges.

All sales on https://arbudacollection.com are final, except only in the limited cases below.

1. No return / no exchange

Products cannot be returned because of change of mind, wrong size/colour choice, delay in opening the parcel, or personal preference.
Customised / personalised / made-to-order items are strictly non-returnable and non-cancellable once processing has started.

2. Limited exception (delivery issues only)

If you receive a damaged, defective, or completely wrong product, contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with Order # (format ac-00000), unboxing photos/video, and the registered mobile number.
After verification, Arbuda Collection may offer a replacement of the same item (subject to stock) or a refund of the paid amount — at our sole discretion.
This is not a general return window.

3. Payment first

For prepaid orders, payment is collected at checkout before the order is confirmed for packing/dispatch.
Failed or incomplete payments do not create a fulfilled order.
