2. Orders & Order #

When you place an order, you receive an Order # / tracking code in the format ac-00000 (same number for both).
To track an order on /track-your-order, you must enter the Order # and the mobile number used while ordering.

3. Pricing & payment first

Prices are shown in INR and may change without notice before payment is completed.
For online prepaid checkout, payment must be completed first for the order to be confirmed for packing and dispatch.
We use secure payment partners (including Razorpay). Payment status may show as Pending, Paid, Hold, Failed, or Cancelled.
We may cancel an order for payment failure, suspected fraud, pricing error, or stock unavailability.

4. Shipping & delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary by location and courier partner.
Please ensure the shipping address and phone number are correct. Re-delivery charges (if any) for wrong address are customer’s responsibility.

5. No returns / limited refunds

No general return or exchange policy. Please read our Return Policy and Refund Policy.
Limited help applies only for damaged, defective, or wrong products reported quickly with proof.

6. Product information

We aim for accurate photos and descriptions. Small variations in colour/finish may occur due to screen settings or handmade/imported nature of some products.

7. User accounts & conduct

You are responsible for keeping login details safe and for information you submit.
Abuse, fraud, or misuse of the website may lead to account restriction.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts at Palanpur / Banaskantha, Gujarat (serving Lakhani area).
